Easiest Pumpkin Raviolis EVER

Hello friends,

Have you ever wondered how to make very special ravioli at home in only 20 minutes? Well, I have the answer for you!

First, declare the time a 'Ravioli Making Party'. Invite your friends for fresh, homemade ravioli in a special sauce.

Set out some snacks. This is going to take awhile and your friends might get hungry. Hungry friends = crabby friends!

Mix up your filling. You can find the recipe we used here.

Set up your stations. You'll need a floured sheet pan, a floured surface like a cutting board, and a couple cups of warm water.

Direct your slaves....errr, friends....to fill the wonton wrappers with 1/2 tbsp of filling and wet the edges before pressing closed.

Say 'hi' to the fiance and his Dad!
When the raviolis are filled, you can layer them on a floured sheet pan. Then, you can fry some for an appetizer, or saute them in sauce to make a delicious entree.

The trick is to not cook them ALL. Only cook what you are going to eat. And when you serve your workforce...errr, friends...their dinners, sneakily put the remaining raviolis on a tray in the freezer. They'll ask 'Hey, did we eat all those raviolis?' All you have to do is smile. When they leave, transfer the frozen ravioli to a baggie and store in the freezer.

Then, one day, when you come home from work hungry and tired, you can pull your baggie of raviolis, saute them in some sauce, and sit down and enjoy.

And that, friends, will be the easiest pumpkin raviolis EVER!

Enjoy!
